The Venue

Casa Hermosa was purchased by local established Real Estate Broker of 30+ years, Steven Abraham.  Steven's objective was to restore the home's interior to its original 1929 period by restoring architectural features of the period. When it was originally built in 1929 by Ned Doheny, the home was much smaller. In 1944, two lots were combined for a total of 11,310 square feet, making the property one of the largest in Capistrano Beach. Today the home is approximately 5,300 square feet. This Spanish Colonial estate is a stunning and dramatic historic Doheny compound! With architectural features like no other, attention to detail abounds!
